The central point of contact is the dedicated and competent telephone hotline, as experience shows that 95 percent of all questions can be answered quickly and easily over the phone.
Complaints are handled unconventionally and simply at medentis medical. ICX implants that have not healed are exchanged without bureaucracy and with little effort as part of the HAPPY LIFE* guarantee.

This service concept even goes so far that ICX implants that have fallen on the floor during surgery or have been opened incorrectly
can be exchanged without any complicated formalities!

Regardless of whether ICX implants have been opened incorrectly, have not osseointegrated or have fallen off, have expired or lacked primary stability, or have been lost after a long period of time for whatever reason – we will replace your ICX implant without any problems – and without compromise!

• if only original ICX articles from medentis medical were/are used.
  If abutments or other parts from third-party suppliers are used, the complete ICX guarantee is void!
  This guarantee applies immediately and also for all ICX implants placed in the past. The patient should have attended the check-up appointments agreed with their dentist.
